Rheaana Guess

Rheaana is vice president, people and culture officer at Delta Dental of Illinois. In addition to overseeing human resources, she is responsible for culture and inclusion initiatives, including trainings and programming, employee development, affinity and mentoring programs to foster an inclusive culture that will attract, hire and retain a diverse workforce. A three-time Northwestern University graduate and licensed attorney, she has more than 15 years of labor and employment law experience with a specific focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
