Medicare Vendors
Delta Dental of Illinois follows guidelines from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The Enterprise depends on our vendors/contractors to help us meet the needs of our membership in accordance with Medicare Advantage (MA) program requirements. These individuals and entities are considered First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (“FDRs”). FDRs have specific responsibilities under Medicare guidelines.
Delta Dental of Illinois requires all FDRs to satisfy specific Medicare compliance program requirements. These requirements are described in this Downstream Entity Compliance Guide for your review.
All Delta Dental of Illinois FDRs are required to review the compliance guide each calendar year and complete the annual certification. For your convenience, you can print out the certification, complete and return it, or fill out the following online certification and submit.
