Delta Dental of Illinois operates within the United States of America and is physically located in Illinois, and this Policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Illinois, without giving effect to the conflict of law provisions thereof and expressly excluding any application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
